Dear Dr.
I feel desperate because I have a real problem and I hope you can help me. Three days ago I saw a murder! I saw a German shepherd bit a Coker in his throat. Since then I can’t stand looking at dogs. I think that I got a trauma. What do you think I should do? I really want to solve this problem (or trauma) because my girlfriend has a German shepherd! Let me know your opinion, it would me useful.
Yours sincerely

Dear Abel:
ResponderEliminarYou have a very common problem. Don't worry, it happens with all of us. Having traumas is not a big deal, I advice you to go inmediatly to a psychologist. Finally, I trust that you will be able to move on with your fear: have patience and remember that bravery is not the fact of no having fear is the ability to confront and defeat it.
